3 tips to cure Anxiety instantly

Anxiety is a form of fear of insecurity about future. The physical symptoms are sweating, increased heart rate, tension, and headache. Psychological symptoms are state of confusion, tension, insomnia, lack of concentration& irritation.

Looking at the root cause of anxiety, it comes out to be feeling of insecurity. Whenever a person comes out of his comfort zone of security, due to any event, or activity, he becomes tense about the future security.

We want to make everything secure in life, which is not the nature of life. The insecurity is in-built with existence. For example, we can loose a friend, we can loose a job, we can be sick, we can die any moment, we can loose our money, and we might go mad. These are all the possibilities, which can happen with anybody & one should accept it.

Result of looking for the security all the time is tension, fear& anxiety. It is a struggle to avoid future threat, which might happen, might not happen.

Treatment of anxiety is very simple as follows:

1. When you are in a state of anxiety, take a piece of paper & define clearly, what is the thing you are anxious about?
2. Write down the worst possible out come of the situation.
3. Resolve to live with the worst, if it might happen.
4. Take action to improve upon the worst.

The second thing to be done is, to take every situation as a phase of life, which passes with time. The important thing is “to learn from every situation”. Tell yourself that this will pass away too. Nothing remains permanent in life; even your tension & sorrow are not permanent in nature.

The third thing is accepting the nature of life, which is total acceptance of insecurity. The miracle is, as you accept what might happen, you stop bothering about it. It is a futile mental struggle for the unknown, which may or may not happen.

In the war front, solders are close to death any moment. But by accepting the possibility of death, they enjoy in the midst of it. They play, they eat, they crake jokes & they sleep.

Awareness & acceptance are the keys to overcome Anxiety.

Stress and some unpleasent experiences may lead to anxiety. Some natural anxiety remedies to look into are St.John's Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan. There's also cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and programs like Panic Away and The Linden Method, to name a few. Hope this helps!
