2 steps to cure depression,anxiety&fear

Mostly psychological problems like depression, anxiety & fear are caused due to suppression of our emotions. For example when we suppress anger, generally it turns into depression. Or if we suppress sex, it results into perverted sexuality.

We live in a civilized society, where we are conditioned to suppress our feelings. We are not allowed to laugh, even if we feel like it, to maintain the decorum of the situation. We can not weep, even if we feel like it, as it is considered being weakness, particularly for men.

Every emotion carries with it energy. And energy, if not put into service causes psychological problems. And we have accumulated negative emotions down the ages by not releasing them through a proper channel. They have become part of our subconscious mind.

We do not need to express our negative feelings in front of any body, because it will create a chain reaction & we will remain in the vicious circle of negativity.What we can do is, we can express our negative emotions of anger, fear, anxiety, sorrow, jealousy, etc in private.

We can close our room & can express the feeling in vacuum or we can use pillow to express our feelings. For example to release anger, we can beat the pillow.

The other way to transform the energy of negativity is to do some creative work. For example, if we are feeling angry, we can go for a long walk, or we can indulge ourselves in some creative or constructive work. This way we can transform our depression, anxiety & fear into high self- esteem, peace of mind & love.
